LBC offers discounts and deals for Bahrain customers with Shopping Suki program

“LBC is continually making the move to better serve our OFW communities in Qatar and Bahrain. It is part of our commitment to provide the best service to our kababayans,” said Barty Espino, VP for Middle East Operations.

LBC Express, the leading courier service provider in the Philippines, launched the Shopping Suki program in Bahrain, offering Overseas Filipino Workers to enjoy deals when sending cargo to the Philippines. The program was launched on April 15, 2015 at Bahrain.

LBC’s new program allows OFWs to double-up the packages they send to their families in the Philippines. LBC’s new program allows the OFWs to send more through the 2 + 1 Deals where they can get a free LBC medium box when sending two large or extra large boxes via sea cargo, and the Any Box Bundle where they can get discounts when sending two or more non-LBC boxes or drums.

The Shopping Suki program aims to better serve the growing overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) community in Bahrain. As of 2012, there are 66,941 OFWs in Bahrain and 200,016 in Qatar. These numbers are part of a network of 2.8 million Filipino workers based in the Middle East alone, many of which trust LBC’s 3,600 branches in 21 countries globally. The OFWs in both countries are a mix of service workers, household workers, laborers, and professionals.

LBC offers an extensive lineup of services that suits every OFW’s needs. The courier service can

ship documents, parcels, and heavier cargo using air cargo and sea cargo.

The express courier also provides money services that make it more convenient for families in the Philippines. LBC has several options for money services: door-to-door delivery, remit to account, a send-and-swipe card, instant branch pick-up, and TXT Remit.

All of LBC’s services are designed to address the OFW’s biggest need: to connect with their family. By using a fast, reliable, and accessible system, those living abroad can be sure their loved ones get their packages on time.

Barty Espino, VP for Middle East Operations, says “LBC is continually making the move to better serve our OFW communities in Qatar and Bahrain. It is part of our commitment to provide the best service to our kababayans. Now, we are launching the Shopping Suki program to give greater value to our OFWs and their families back home and soon, we will also be introducing our loyalty and rewards program to continually deliver more smiles.”
